At Stanley House Hotel & Spa, we’re looking for a Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team, drive standards, and shape our food offering.
This is more than a support role, you’ll be a key part of the leadership team, working closely with the Executive Head Chef.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting the Head Chef in running the kitchen day-to-day

Managing food safety, compliance, and standards

Contributing to menu development and innovation
What we’re looking for

Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up

A hands-on leader who leads by example

Passion for consistency, quality, and presentation

Strong organisational and people skills
