About the role

Are you passionate about sport and education, with the drive to inspire the next generation of sport professionals? We’re looking for a versatile and committed Lecturer in Sport to join our dynamic team at Myerscough College.

This is a broad teaching role, not limited to any single discipline. You’ll deliver a range of modules across our Further Education Sport programmes, which may include areas such as fitness training, coaching, sports development, performance analysis, and anatomy & physiology. Your ability to engage learners and bring real-world relevance to the classroom will be key.

You’ll play an active role in:

Creating inclusive and engaging learning environments.
Supporting students through tutorials and personal development.
Contributing to curriculum innovation and enrichment.
Building links with industry to enhance employability outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, energy, and a learner-centred approach. This is a strategic appointment, and we’re committed to finding the right candidate who will help us continue to deliver outstanding sport education.
