Whether it's fluffing pillows, restocking amenities, or adding the final touches, you'll transform each room into a haven of comfort. With a friendly smile, you'll be an essential part of creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, making our guests' stay unforgettable. Your dedication to perfection and the satisfaction of our guests is your daily triumph.

Example Key Responsibilities

Ensure all rooms/bathrooms are cleaned daily to a high standard
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and property in your assigned rooms and work area
Accountable for achieving and exceeding our high cleaning standards
Ensure all cleaning products are always stored safely and securely
To comply with Health and Safety policies
Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
