Job Description:

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. This role is essential in driving our sales efforts by identifying potential clients and setting appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a knack for engaging with prospects. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, as it will enable you to connect with a diverse clientele.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our services.
Utilise telemarketing techniques to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to meeting.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments using Salesforce or similar software.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and increase appointment rates.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and tailor your approach accordingly.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments to enhance your conversations with prospects.

Requirements

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial.
Ability to engage with potential clients confidently and professionally.
A proactive attitude towards meeting targets and generating leads.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping of client interactions.
