We're currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our Grounds Maintenance Department.
About the Role:
As a Maintenance Operative, you’ll play a key role in helping to maintain a variety of outdoor spaces to a high standard. You’ll be working across residential and commercial sites, carrying out a range of grounds maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- General grounds maintenance including grass cutting, hedge trimming, and weeding
- Litter picking and leaf clearance
- Use of hand tools and machinery (training provided if needed)
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times
- Working as part of a team to deliver great service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance is preferred but not essential
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential
