Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Pressure Washing & Patio Cleaning Operative to join our exterior cleaning team.
This role is suitable for someone who already has experience with pressure washing, patio cleaning, driveway cleaning, or exterior property maintenance. You must be confident travelling to customer locations, setting up equipment, completing jobs to a high standard, and leaving the area clean and tidy.
You will be working on residential and commercial properties across London, cleaning patios, driveways, pathways, decking, garden areas, walls, and other outdoor surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Carry out pressure washing and patio cleaning jobs across London.
- Clean patios, driveways, pathways, decking, walls, and outdoor areas.
- Remove moss, algae, mud, weeds, stains, and built-up grime.
- Use pressure washing machines, surface cleaners, hoses, and cleaning tools safely.
- Apply suitable cleaning treatments where required.
- Travel to customer locations and arrive on time.
- Assess the work area before starting and protect nearby surfaces, plants, doors, windows, and vehicles.
- Complete work to a high, tidy, and professional standard.
- Speak to customers politely and professionally.
- Take before and after photos where required.
- Keep equipment clean, organised, and in good working condition.
- Report any issues, damage, or safety concerns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pressure washing, patio cleaning, exterior cleaning, gardening, labouring, or property maintenance preferred.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Confident travelling to jobs across London.
- Able to work independently on-site.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Good attention to detail.
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to carry equipment.
- Good communication skills with customers.
- Professional attitude and good work ethic.
