Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Ventilation Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of all Ventilation systems types.
This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Service , maintain, and repair ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Conduct site assessments and audits to evaluate system efficiency and recommend improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime for clients.
Provide training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of there system.
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative solutions for system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of service activities and report on system performance.

The successful candidate will have

Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
Experience delivering high levels of customer service
The ability to work with a diverse customer base
