About The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out detailed take-offs from tender documentation.
Send out enquiries for materials and specialist sub-contractor packages.
Create and complete tender upon Estimating software.
Review tender Control sheet with line manager.
Submission of tender to client with all tender deliverables.
Contribute to the submission document and contract documentation.
Support Value Engineering exercises and target costs.

Essential Hiring Criteria:

Prior experience in the Building Services sector, whether from an operational or formal estimating background.
Professional or Trade related vocational qualification – HNC/HND in Building services or Apprenticeship.
Competent in the use of Trimble Estimation software system
CSCS Card.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Full UK driving licence
