Full job description

The Role:

Are you an innovative, forward-thinking creative with a passion for visual storytelling? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Creative Shoot Coordinator to act as the creative lead for our Beauty and Womenswear (WW) non-clothing marketing photography. Reporting directly to the Brand Photography Manager, you will also support high-profile, co-funded projects across all areas of the business. This is a fixed term role for 12 months

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our visual campaigns, pitching concepts directly to internal teams and external brand partners. You will bridge the gap between creative vision and commercial reality, working closely with marketing, editorial, social, and product teams to elevate our brands. If you possess strong creative flair, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity to make your mark.

What You Will Take On:

Act as the creative lead for Beauty and WW non-clothing marketing photography. Confidently pitch concepts to internal teams, ensuring all delivered assets align perfectly with both Next and partner aesthetic guidelines.
Liaise with product teams, designers, Art Directors, and digital marketing/editorial teams to create forward-thinking imagery. Partner with internal and external social media teams to maximise brand exposure and drive sales.
Collaborate with the Bookings team to push creative parameters and secure fresh talent (models and crew). Brief shoot producers on creative requirements, selecting locations and crews that fit the brief.
Attend photoshoots and work closely with the Art Director, Photographer, and DOP. Act as the key on-set liaison for asset approval and sign-off between Next and external Beauty Brands.
Oversee the post-shoot process, including editing to meet diverse business requirements, managing retouching mark-ups, handling video approvals, and sharing final assets with internal and external partners.
Attend regular briefing and strategy meetings to brainstorm concepts and manage timelines. Proactively manage project budgets, ensuring premium-quality photography is delivered within established financial parameters.

What You Will Bring:

Proven experience in creating campaign concepts, brand liaison, and end-to-end shoot coordination, specifically within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail.
A strong knowledge of current retail fashion and lifestyle trends, with a track record of producing innovative ideas that drive brands forward.
Exceptional organisational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across several teams within strict timescales and budgets.
The confidence to pitch to senior management and external brand partners, alongside the interpersonal skills needed to build rapport and solve problems collaboratively.
Experience working with and monitoring budgets, with a commercial mindset that balances high-end creativity with cost efficiency.
