Job Title: Bar Supervisor
Location: Reign Bar, Broadstairs
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time | Evenings & Weekends Required
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About Reign Bar

Reign Bar is a vibrant, fast-paced venue in the heart of Broadstairs, known for great drinks, live entertainment, and exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Supervisor to support our management team and help lead day-to-day operations.

The Role

As Bar Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of the team—leading by example on shift, supporting staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring guests receive an outstanding experience every time they visit.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day bar operations and support smooth service during busy shifts
Lead and motivate the bar team, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Train and support team members, helping maintain high standards
Open and close the venue when required
Support stock control, deliveries, and minimise wastage
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards are maintained
Support management with rotas, shift organisation, and team performance
Ensure licensing laws, health & safety, and company procedures are followed
Be hands-on and lead from the front in a busy late-night environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous bar experience essential; supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership skills and confidence managing a team on shift
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and highly motivated
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Personal Licence is a bonus, but not essential
