Job Purpose
This role is suited to an ambitious commercial professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, building relationships and driving growth. We are looking for someone who will challenge conventional approaches, bring fresh ideas to the business and take ownership of turning those ideas into measurable commercial outcomes.
Working with Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and operational teams, you will bring new ideas to the business, implement initiatives and develop a high-performing business development and marketing function capable of supporting our ambitious growth plans.
Our focus is on sectors aligned to its operational strengths and market experience, including:
- Warehousing & Logistics
- Distribution & Fulfilment Centres
- Commercial Property, Industrial Facilities
- Fleet & EV Infrastructure
- Education Facilities
PAG will continue operating nationally and within Europe while establishing a strong regional reputation across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Northamptonshire
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Take ownership of new business generation activities.
- Identify, qualify and pursue strategic opportunities.
- Coordinate bid opportunities and support tender submissions.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and emerging prospects.
- Build sector-specific growth plans for key target markets
Marketing & Brand Development
- Oversee digital marketing, website development, SEO and social media presence.
- Produce sector-focused campaigns supporting business development objectives.
- Manage case studies, client testimonials and success stories.
- Improve brand recognition across target clients, regions and sectors.
- Coordinate PR opportunities and industry award submissions.
Key Accountabilities

Skills and Experience
- Experience in a commercial, business development, or marketing role within construction or a related sector.
