JVL Interiors is a bespoke furniture manufacturing and interior solutions company specialising in the design, production, and installation of high-quality kitchens, wardrobes, media walls, fitted furniture, and other custom interior projects.
We are currently looking for an experienced Furniture Installer / Joiner to join our team on a contract basis to assist with the installation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Install bespoke furniture, fitted wardrobes, kitchens, media walls, and other custom joinery products.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans.
- Ensure all installations are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.
- Carry out site measurements where required.
- Identify and resolve minor installation issues on site.
- Maintain a clean and professional working environment.
- Represent JVL Interiors professionally when interacting with clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a furniture fitter, joiner, carpenter, or kitchen installer.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship.
- Experience installing bespoke furniture and fitted joinery products.
- Own tools and transport preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable and professional attitude.
Desirable
- Experience with residential and commercial interior fit-outs.
- CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
