Part-Time Admin & Accounts Assistant

KO Imports & Edit Bathrooms Ltd

We are looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Admin & Accounts Assistant to support two growing businesses: KO Imports and Edit Bathrooms Ltd.

This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, staying on top of numbers, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll be working between our showroom and warehouse, helping manage the day-to-day admin, accounts, and ordering processes that keep both businesses running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Managing invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial records using Sage
Keeping on top of incoming and outgoing payments, including chasing outstanding invoices
Updating and maintaining accurate product pricing
Ordering bathroom products (baths, showers, taps, furniture, etc.) for customer projects
Chasing suppliers to ensure products arrive on time for installations
Organising returns and resolving supplier issues when needed
Sending quotes and handling general customer and supplier enquiries
Supporting general admin tasks and keeping systems organised and up to date
Being a point of contact in the showroom every other Saturday
Occasionally visiting the warehouse to understand products and processes

Working Hours

Mondays and Fridays: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Every other Saturday: 10:00am – 3:00pm

This role would suit someone looking for part-time hours, including school hours.

What We’re Looking For

Experience using Sage (essential)
Strong admin and/or bookkeeping background
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Confident communicating with suppliers and customers
Able to work independently and manage your own workload
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
