Job Summary:

Opportunities are available for experienced Timber Window Fitters to join an established and well-respected Timber Window and Door manufacturer based in Bracknell. Generous package available for the right candidates who are willing to work hard each day.

Remuneration

As a Full-Time Employee:

Basic pay: £40 – 55k p/a depending on experience

Daily performance-based earnings incentives: Opportunity to earn up to £65- 70K p/a for best candidates.

Generous sign on Bonus: Available for the right candidate

Annual bonus: Eligibility for the annual discretionary company bonus scheme

The job

Based in Bracknell, Berkshire, The Sash Window Workshop, makes and fits over £10m of timber windows and doors annually. We have a very experienced, long-serving fitting team.

We are looking for new window fitters to join our team fitting the highest quality timber windows and doors available in top-end period properties. We are looking for the best available.

If you are interested in being a part of our experienced team, you will need: -

Proven experience in window and door fitting or a related construction field is essential. You will have your own tools.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship at all times
Skills in carpentry, fabrication, construction painting, and masonry are highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site effectively.
Good physical fitness and a winning mentality. The role may involve lifting heavy materials and working at heights.

Location: Capacity to pick up in Bracknell each morning and travel daily to sites across London and South-East.
