We’re looking for a dynamic Retail Area Manager to lead, inspire and grow our charity retail network across Cornwall.

This is a fantastic opportunity to combine commercial focus with purpose, turning retail success into lifesaving missions.

What you’ll be doing

Leading and developing multi-site retail teams across our shops
Driving sales, income growth, and KPI performance
Coaching and supporting our shop management team
Ensuring high standards in customer experience and operations
Building strong community relationships and partnerships
Overseeing compliance, health & safety, and financial controls
Using data and insight to improve performance and results

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in multi-site retail management
Strong people leadership and coaching skills
A passion for driving commercial results and growth
Confidence working with budgets, KPIs, and performance data
Ability to inspire teams and build a positive culture
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

The post holder will be based our Headquarters in Newquay.

Salary: £35,000

Hours: 37.5 per week Monday to Friday with flexibility for some Saturday work if required.

Successful candidate will be required to complete a Basic DBS check.
