Full job description

Pellows are looking for a HGV Driver to join their team with an immediate start. This role requires a reasonable level of fitness due to carrying heavy pipes short distances.

Pellows is a family run business, who have been running for over 60 years. We started out as one man and one lorry and now have over 40 employees with 30+ vehicles. Our vehicles range from jetter vans to artic tankers/tippers with loads in between.

The job role will include driving a tanker to domestic properties, emptying their septic tanks and transport waste to licensed disposal point.

Your starting wage will be £36,600 per year, with plenty of overtime available.

Weekends, evenings and on call work are expected.

At least a HGV Class 2 license is essential.

No previous tanker experience is required, full training will be provided.
