Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Language Teacher to join our educational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons to learners of various ages and abilities, including children and individuals with special educational needs. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on students’ language development while fostering a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to the needs of diverse learners
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with disabilities and special educational requirements
Support students in developing their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in English
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and confidence
Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support student learning goals
Incorporate age-appropriate teaching strategies for working with children, including toddlers
Utilise tutoring techniques to assist individual learners in overcoming language barriers
Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and lesson plans

Requirements

Proven experience in teaching English or working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage learners of all ages
Experience in special education or working with children, including toddlers, is preferred
Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs and styles
Excellent organisational skills to plan lessons effectively and track student progress
Passion for education and fostering a supportive environment for all learners
Relevant qualifications in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), TESOL, or equivalent are advantageous
Commitment to ongoing professional development in specialised educational techniques
