Our clients vary from niche cult beauty brands to both national and international personal care grooming labels. We have an opportunity for a chemist/formulation chemist with more than one years experience or a recent graduate with a degree in Cosmetic Formulation.
You will need an inquisitive mind and a passion for developing innovative beauty products using the latest developments in ingredient availability. We offer you the chance to play an integral role in our young team, with ongoing personal development courses for the right candidate.
Salary and bonus are dependant upon experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory experiments to develop and optimize formulations for various products.
- Perform quality control tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and GMP regulations.
- Collaborate with onboarding team to support product development initiatives.
- Utilize laboratory information systems to document formulations and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct laboratory stability testing
- Produce samples for further testing and approval of stakeholders
- Engage in scientific research to explore new ingredients and technologies that enhance product efficacy.
- Analyse data/results and present findings to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Pay: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
