Role: Senior Mobilisation Manager
Location: Hybrid, based from Manchester, Derby or Warrington
Salary: £75,437 – £93,187, dependent on experience + 17% bonus + £5,000 benefits allowance

Our Mobilisation team plays a critical role preparing our strategic suppliers to support the successful delivery of our first-of-a-kind SMR and future global fleet. We work at the interface of Programme, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial and Engineering to ensure each major supplier is resourced, aligned and operationally ready to deliver safely, efficiently and predictably across the full lifecycle.
In this context, we’re looking for a Senior Mobilisation Manager to lead the mobilisation of one or more of our strategic supply partners. You’ll shape supplier relationships, define and implement operating models, lead readiness planning through FOAK and into global scaling, and build the internal RR SMR capability required to operate effectively with major delivery partners.
Reporting into the Head of Supplier Mobilisation, you’ll be instrumental in embedding a high performing, collaborative and continuously improving approach across the business.
Develop and manage mobilisation plans for the next 12–24 months, setting scope, milestones, objectives and forward pathways.
Qualifications & Experience
A degree (or equivalent industry experience) in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
Leadership experience in matrix environments, with the ability to coach teams, set direction and foster inclusive, high performing cultures.

This role can be based from our Derby, Manchester or Warrington offices, with hybrid working and regular travel to supplier and stakeholder sites across the UK.
The salary for this role is £75,437 – £93,187, dependent on the skills, experience and values you bring.
