Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in nail artistry and beauty therapy to ensure innovative service delivery.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere by communicating effectively with clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate.
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness.
Proficiency in makeup application is desirable but not mandatory; a keen interest in beauty trends is advantageous.
Ability to work well within a team whilst also being self-motivated to deliver outstanding individual service.
