- Monitor daily and historical robot performance metrics to identify anomalies, inefficiencies and emerging trends.
- Analyse operational maps, navigation routes and workflow layouts to identify optimisation opportunities and improve robotic efficiency.
- Evaluate utilisation, task completion rates, downtime and navigation behaviour to recommend data-driven performance improvements.
- Implement configuration updates, route modifications and system adjustments to optimise robot performance and maximise uptime.
- Investigate root causes of performance decrease and collaborate with engineering teams when mechanical intervention is required.
- Perform remote troubleshooting by interpreting system alerts, software notifications, telemetry data and machine error codes to retore optimal robotic performance.
- Identify sudden drops in performance, unusual machine behaviour or repetitive errors across the fleet
- Create clear dashboards and reports to show performance trends, operational risks and overall cleaning progress to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to enhance robotic workflows, mapping accuracy, system reliability and operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analysing robotic system performance and recommending scalable optimisation strategies.
- Assist with testing, validation and monitoring of software updates, mapping changes and system enhancements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of performance issues, corrective actions, configuration changes and optimisation activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering and support teams to improve robotic system performance and operational outcomes.
