Senior Assistant Psychologist for TRaC (Trust, Relate and Connect Pilot/Trauma Risk and Crisis)
This is an exciting and novel opportunity to join with a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Consultant Social Worker and Consultant Psychiatrist to form part of a small team developing an offer for families and professionals within Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
The Provider Collaborative, hosted by Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust have funded a pilot project for 12 months to design and implement a clinical offer that can support families using multiple services within the Hampshire footprint. Families who will use the service will be those where traditional support has not been helpful and where professionals continue to be concerned about good outcomes for them.
The project will aim to use a clinical model that can help families and professionals to have a shared a language across services to support joint up planning and care. It will also aim to support families to navigate services and stay working alongside families as they may move across teams and services. The clinical offer will include two posts that will work directly with families under the supervision of a Consultant MDT.
Note: Early application is encouraged as the vacancy may close early if a high volume of applications is received.
