Specialising in refrigeration and air conditioning, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service and supporting the development of the next generation of engineers.

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a rewarding career in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will gain practical, hands-on experience while studying towards recognised industry qualifications.

Your duties will include:

Assisting with the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Learning to diagnose faults and troubleshoot equipment under supervision.
Supporting engineers on commercial, retail, educational, and hospitality sites.
Recording work carried out using electronic job management systems and tablet devices.
Developing an understanding of health and safety procedures and industry best practices.
Building technical knowledge and practical skills through both on-site training and college-based learning.

What We're Looking For

A genuine interest in refrigeration, air conditioning, or mechanical systems.
Good practical and problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work.
Basic IT skills and confidence using electronic devices.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English are preferred.
A full clean UK drivers licence is desirable.
