Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling, with expertise in digital and print design. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including branding, web design, and multimedia content, contributing to the visual identity and marketing efforts of our organisation. The successful applicant will be proficient in a variety of design tools and software, with a keen eye for detail and innovation.

Duties

Develop and execute compelling visual concepts for branding, including packaging and product development, marketing campaigns, websites, and social media platforms.
Design engaging graphics, layouts, and illustrations using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Create responsive web designs and optimise user experience through UI design principles.
Collaborate with marketing teams to produce content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Manage content across various content management systems such as WordPress and other platforms.
Incorporate branding elements consistently across all digital assets while maintaining high visual standards.
Assist in photography shoots when required to capture high-quality images for use in digital or print media.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital design, web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and multimedia production to ensure innovative output.

Experience

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, web design, UI/UX projects, and multimedia content.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is desirable for creating responsive web designs.
Experience working within content management systems such as WordPress is preferred.
Strong understanding of digital design principles including colour theory, typography, layout composition, and user interface design.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively to clients and team members.
Familiarity with video editing software and techniques for producing high-quality multimedia content is advantageous.
Prior experience in marketing or branding projects will be considered an asset. This role offers an inspiring environment for creative professionals eager to develop their skills whilst contributing to impactful projects across various media platforms.

Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
