We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Assistant to join our Recruitment team at Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber Trust based at Tickhill Road Hospital.
Our Recruitment team is fully centralised and provides an efficient, comprehensive and timely recruitment service to all areas and services across the RDaSH footprint.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake all administration duties within the recruitment function to support a safe and effective recruitment service to all managers and candidates.

The post holder will be involved in all recruitment activities for all staff and volunteers within the Trust.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: organising interview schedules, undertaking pre-employment clearance checks, completing offers/contracts of employment, maintaining accurate filing systems and working collaboratively with hiring managers to support the recruitment process, providing advice and support throughout each area and assisting hiring managers and candidates throughout the onboarding journey.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring all recruitment checks are undertaken in line with the NHS employment check standards and will be required to liaise with various other departments such as HR, Payroll, Workforce and Finance to provide an effective service.
You will need to have excellent customer service skills, good working knowledge of Word and Excel and be able to work in a busy environment with ever changing priorities and deadlines.
Previous experience in a recruitment role and/or of the Trac recruitment system would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
