About the role:
Ready to get hands-on in a role where your work truly matters? As a Foundry Operative, you’ll be at the heart of our production process, helping create high-quality castings that power some of the world’s most advanced technologies.
With multiple entry points and skill levels available, we’ll match you to the right team and provide full training where needed.
We are recruiting across various departments, including:
Core Blasting – Clean and prepare castings to meet quality standards.
- Moulding – Prepare tooling and create moulds for casting production.
- Assembly – Assemble cores and components accurately and efficiently.
- Dressing – Finish castings to the required specifications.
- Knockout – Remove castings safely from moulds post-production.
- FLT Operator – Move materials and products safely around site
- Robot Operator – Operate and monitor robotic equipment within the production process
Who we're looking for:
No prior experience is required, just an interest in manufacturing and a willingness to learn. If you do have existing Foundry experience, you could be offered a position at a more senior level.
It would also be great if you have:
- A positive attitude: motivated, reliable, and eager to develop new skills
- Ability to work well with others in a supportive, hands-on environment
- Ability to travel to site
While not essential, it would be advantageous if you hold any of the following certifications or training: FLT (Forklift Truck), Overhead Crane, or First Aid. These can help you settle into the role more quickly and may reduce the level of training required.

We’ll provide you with a supportive and engaging environment where you can grow your skills and further your career. We’ll work with you to develop your personal professional development plan, tailored to your goals and ambitions.
In addition, you’ll get the following benefits:
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with the option to purchase more holiday days after your first year.
