An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as Demolition Administration and Compliance Manager working at our Warrington office as part of our Demolition team.

About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Demolition Administration and Compliance Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will oversee and continuously improve office administration procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
Please note this will be an office-based role.
Role responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and contract support to Contracts Managers, including preparation of tenders, method statements (RAMS), and quotations.
- Ensure all pre-contract documentation is complete, accurate, quality-checked, and in place prior to project commencement.
- Own document control processes, including issuing Planning vs IFC RAMS, enforcing revision control, and maintaining document accuracy and traceability.
- Maintain RAMS approval matrix records and ensure governance and compliance with internal and external standards (e.g. ISO).
- Conduct quality checks on all outgoing documentation, ensuring file completeness and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor staff training, certifications, and expiry dates, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Support Health & Safety systems and reporting in collaboration with the H&S Advisor.
- Manage purchase orders, including system input, approvals, and liaison with accounts regarding queries.
- Oversee project invoicing processes, ensuring timely submission to Head Office and accurate system updates.
- Ensure weekly timesheets are accurately completed and recorded.
- Act as a central point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring they are logged, tracked, and followed through with Contracts Managers.
- Take accurate minutes for meetings, including management meetings, disciplinary hearings, and interviews.
- Manage, support, and develop the administration team, ensuring clear role ownership and cross-training for holiday and sickness cover.
- Lead recruitment, induction, training, and annual appraisals, maintaining competency and performance records.
- Ensure staff are kept informed of company updates, procedural changes, and internal communications (e.g. bulletins).
About you
- Proven experience in an office management, administration, or operations role, ideally within construction, demolition, or a related industry.
- Demonstrable experience in document control and compliance systems, including RAMS, ISO standards, and revision control.
- Experience supporting Contracts Managers or project teams, including tenders, quotations, and pre-construction documentation.
- Previous responsibility for managing or supervising administrative teams, including training and performance management.
- Strong background in process improvement and implementing administrative systems or procedures.
- Experience handling purchase orders, invoicing processes, and timesheet management.
- Exposure to health & safety systems and reporting within a regulated environment.
