We are looking for an experienced Restaurant & Catering Establishment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and catering business. The successful candidate will lead staff, ensure excellent customer service, maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards, manage stock and budgets, and drive the smooth and efficient running of the business.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in restaurant or catering management.
-Strong leadership and organisational skills.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
