We’re growing, and we need someone who can keep the financial side just as tight as the operations.
The Role
We’re looking for an Accounts Administrator who knows how to stay organised, keep things accurate, and take ownership of their work.
This isn’t just data entry. You’ll be managing supplier payments, reconciling accounts, and dealing directly with queries that impact the day-to-day running of the business.
If you like structure, take pride in getting things right, and can handle responsibility without being chased, this role will suit you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing purchase invoices accurately and on time
- Running weekly supplier payment schedules
- Matching invoices, checking discrepancies, and resolving issues
- Reconciling supplier statements and customer accounts
- Handling finance queries from suppliers and customers
- Keeping records clean, organised, and up to date
- Supporting general office admin where needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an accounts or admin role
- Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 and Xero(essential)
- Good understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail – mistakes cost time and money here
- Able to manage workload without constant supervision
- Clear communicator, both on email and phone
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
