Woodhall Country Park is an 80-acre park set within a stunning 2,000-acre estate on the edge of the timeless Edwardian village of Woodhall Spa.

What you’ll be doing & what you’ll bring to us…
This is a permanent, year-round position suited to someone who is practical, self-motivated, and enjoys a varied workload. You will play a key role in managing all aspects of maintenance & grounds throughout the park and new visitors center to a high standard while providing a helpful and friendly presence for our guests.
- Manage and allocate workloads and work alongside for the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Responsibilities include the maintenance of Hire Fleet lodges, privately owned lodge aftersales and associated works, facility buildings & grounds care and upkeep and Hot Tub maintenance
- Conduct regular health and safety checks ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with H&S regulations and best practices.
- Plan, prepare, and implement a proactive maintenance schedule for all plant, equipment, vehicles and facilities to ensure their continuous, safe operation.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists, inspecting facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Hands-on experience with general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and plant/equipment maintenance.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, as holidays happen at holiday times including weekends, bank holidays, and peak times as required by the business.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Liaise with external contractors to oversee their actions ensuring that work is completed to a high standard and in line and safety regulations.
- Manage and monitor the budget for maintenance resources, stock & spares etc ensuring cost-effective solutions and control over all expenses within the department.
- To communicate with guests in a professional and courteous manner, always ensuring a positive experience.
- Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Proven experience in maintenance management, ideally within a leisure, holiday park, or similar environment.
- Hold a Full UK Driving licence.
- Previous experience with hot tubs is a bonus, but not essential.
- Some on call requirement.
