Sports Massage Therapist
Location: Lincoln, UK

Job Summary
We’re looking for a Sports Massage Therapist to join our growing team.

The main role will be delivering sports massage treatments, with opportunities to expand into techniques like dry needling, cupping and scraping, taping.

This is an ideal role if you’re recently qualified, willing to learn, and have the confidence in a supportive, client-focused clinic.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide sports massage and other treatments tailored to client needs.
Carry out client assessments and keep clear treatment notes. Within your scope
Offer aftercare advice to support client progress.
Keep the treatment area professional, safe, and welcoming.
Work closely with our team to deliver the best possible care
Admin Tasks as/when needed

Requirements

Massage / Sports Massage qualification at Level 3 or above (essential).
Own insurance (required).
STA membership desirable.
Willingness to learn new skills (cupping, scraping, etc.).
Good communication skills and confidence with clients.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the treatment area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.
Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to enhance client care.
