Full job description

Full-Time | Permanent

Hours: Approximately 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
Pay: Paid weekly, Every Friday
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Location: Based at the Managing Director’s home in West Ashling

Overview
We are looking for a reliable, positive and personable Personal Assistant to support the Business owner in a casual environment with a mix of business, personal and household tasks. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, loves dogs, and brings a good sense of humour to work.

No advanced technical skills are required — just confidence using a Mac and basic office equipment.

Office & Admin Duties

Producing quotes and invoices (full instructions provided)
Communicating with customers by phone and email
Answering incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
Monitoring and keeping on top of emails
Manage the calendar, organise appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

Personal & Household Support

Cleaning and tidying the house
Washing and general household tasks
Walking the dog occasionally and assisting with basic pet care

Essential Requirements

Must love dogs
Comfortable using an Apple Mac (basic use only)
Able to use a printer
Confident and professional on the phone
Positive attitude and good sense of humour
Organised, trustworthy and reliable
Happy to carry out a varied role combining admin and household duties

Holidays

During holidays, you may be required to take the work laptop with you to occasionally check and monitor emails. Your time will be paid for.
