At Rose Hill Luxury Gardens, we create exceptional outdoor spaces that transform the way our clients live and enjoy their homes. Led by husband-and-wife team Tommy and Rea, we are an independent, award-winning garden design and build company delivering bespoke luxury gardens across Essex and the surrounding areas.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Trainee Landscaper to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working outdoors, eager to learn a skilled trade, and wants to build a long-term career within the landscaping industry.

The Role

As a Trainee Landscaper, you'll work alongside experienced landscapers and craftsmen, learning all aspects of luxury garden construction and landscaping.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the construction of bespoke gardens and outdoor spaces
Learning how to install patios, paving, fencing, planting schemes, and garden features
Using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
Supporting the team with site preparation and general landscaping duties
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Delivering the high standards of workmanship Rose Hill Luxury Gardens is known for

Requirements

Full UK driving licence essecntial
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work as part of a team
Interest in landscaping, construction, horticulture, or garden design
