Rose Hill Luxury Gardens is an independent design and build company led by husband and wife duo Tommy and Rea. We specialise in creating bespoke luxury gardens across Essex, delivering high-quality, tailored outdoor spaces that reflect our clients' unique visions.

Summary

We are seeking a Skilled Landscaper to join our passionate team in Essex. In this role, you will contribute to the design, maintenance, and construction of luxurious gardens, helping us bring our clients' dream outdoor spaces to life. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on bespoke award winning projects that showcase your expertise.

Responsibilities

Perform garden maintenance and landscaping tasks with precision and care.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators safely and effectively.
Support the construction of garden features and structures.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects meet high standards.
Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Contribute ideas for innovative garden solutions.
Ensure client satisfaction through quality workmanship.
Proven experience in landscape maintenance and gardening.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and operating excavators.
Horticulture understanding.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license with own vehicle and basic hand tools.
