Job Title: Assistant Manager

Location: Wimborne

Company: Reeve the baker

Position Type: Full-Time - 40 hours per week. Working weekdays and weekends.

Salary: £29,000 per year

At Reeve the baker, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality products. Our store is a fast-paced environment where teamwork and a positive attitude are key. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Retail Shop Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with their purchases, providing product information and recommendations.
Sales: Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Merchandising: Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, with products displayed attractively.
Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Stock Management: Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organising stock.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide an excellent shopping experience.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving stock.
