Our Team:
Unity Build & Repair are looking for a talented Carpenter to join our projects team on a full time permanent basis . Here at Unity Build & Repair we renovate & manage multiple properties within Plymouth and as the experienced Carpenter you will be required to carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry to an excellent standard. We pride ourselves on providing high quality homes. You should be able to work excellently in a team and have a desire to produce high quality work from conception to completion.
Job requirements include but are not limited to the below
- Fitting kitchens and bathrooms
- Constructing suspended ceilings
- Building internal stud work, including internal wall insulation
- Fitting doors and woodwork
- Various
Experience and requirements
- You will have a core trade in carpentry achieved by either a formal qualification, or qualified by experience.
- Must have own vehicle and tools
- At least 5 years experience of renovating houses.
- Strong attention to detail
- communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
- Point of contact for other contractors as and when required
- Maintaining safety standards
- Managing orders & Deliveries
- Must hold valid driving license
ESSENTIAL: Must have own Vehicle and Tools
