Full job description

Job Title: Sales Progressor & Administrator

Company: Sedge Estate Agents

Sedge Estate Agents are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor & Administrator to join our busy and successful estate agency in Spalding. This is a key role within the business, supporting the sales process from offer through to completion while also providing essential administrative and business development support.

Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm

Average working week: approx. 40.5 hours

Salary

National Living Wage (currently £12.71 per hour, subject to age and government requirements)

Please Note

This is a fully office-based role
No working from home
A full, clean UK driving licence is essential
Estate agency experience is absolutely required – do not apply without it

Key Responsibilities

Managing the full sales progression process from offer through to completion
Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other estate agents
Providing regular updates to all parties to ensure smooth transaction progression
General office administration and supporting the sales team
Managing and working a CRM database of hot, warm, and cold buyers
Using the database to generate new business, including sales and appraisal opportunities
Attending occasional property viewings and appointments outside the office
Working efficiently in a fast-paced estate agency environment

The Ideal Candidate

Must have previous estate agency experience (sales progression and/or administration essential)
Experience using an estate agency CRM system such as Alto (or similar)
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Consistently exceeds expectations and takes pride in their work
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident dealing with clients, solicitors, and third parties
Proactive in generating business opportunities, not just processing transactions
