Beauty Therapist or nail Tech – Full Time or Part Time
We are seeking a talented, experienced and passionate Beauty Therapists or Nail Techs to join our friendly and professional growing beauty team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional treatments while creating a calm, welcoming and luxurious experience for every guest.
We have 3 branches located around Lincoln. You will generally be based at 1 location that is best suited to you. Our locations are
-Branston- LN4 1PD
-City Centre - LN1 1TR
-Hykeham - LN6 9AE
At Simpsons Beauty Group, we pride ourselves on providing a relaxing spa environment where clients can unwind, recharge and feel truly cared for. The successful candidate will deliver a range of high-quality treatments while helping maintain the warm and tranquil atmosphere our clients love.
We are currently looking for both full-time and part-time therapists, with contracts ranging from 2 days per week up to 5 days per week, depending on availability.
You must be qualified ideally to a level 3 or equivalent and able to deliver a range of professional spa and beauty treatments including facials, manicures, pedicures, massage, nail treatments.
- Provide personalised consultations to understand each client’s needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Create a relaxing and welcoming spa experience for every client from arrival through to treatment completion.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards within all treatment areas.
- Recommend professional products and treatment plans to enhance clients’ wellbeing and skincare routines.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
Skills & Experience
- Passion for the beauty and spa industry with a strong focus on client care.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to create a calm and relaxing experience for clients.
- Professional, well presented and reliable.
- Ability to work well as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional treatments.
- Flexible approach to meet client and business needs.
Working Hours
- Positions available from 2 to 5 days per week.
- Therapists should ideally be happy to work one late shift per week (until 7pm).
- Availability to work a Saturdays or Sundays on a rota basis.
