An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team within a fast growing agricultual organisation based at our store in Egremont, Cumbria, CA22 2UD

Furness & South Cumberland Supply Ltd have been successfully delivering animal feed, fertiliser, fuel and sundries to the farming community across Cumbria over many years.

If you’re enthusiastic and professional, you could be just who we’re looking for to join our dedicated team.

About the Role:

Working across the warehouse and in our busy yard area, the ideal candidate will have previous warehousing experience, ideally from a farming background. Confident dealing with large volumes of deliveries and stock movement you will ideally have a fork lift truck licence although full training can be provided.

It would be an advantage to hold a Class 2 HGV licence to enable you to provide cover as a relief driver to complete customer deliveries.

This is a busy and demanding role so you will need to have excellent organisational and customer care skills, be adaptable and resilient, responding to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic IT Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Smart appearance with a polite & Professional Manner

· Willing to learn - attention to detail is key

· Be able to work well in a team, understanding the importance of the role and the impact on others

Holiday's and Benefits

Working hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

22 days holiday + Bank holidays
