We are now looking for a confident, ambitious, and driven Junior Sales Executive / Sales Administrator to join our growing team full-time.

The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced position combining sales support, client communication, lead generation, account management support, and administration across our events and media brands.
You will be speaking with businesses across the health, wellness, aesthetics, and longevity sectors, helping to introduce them to our events, products, and opportunities.
Alongside the sales aspect, there is also a strong administrative element to the role, so organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential. You will be handling emails, updating documents and spreadsheets, supporting client communications, and assisting the wider team with day-to-day operations.
No two days are the same, and there is significant opportunity for progression as the company continues to grow.
What We’re Looking For

More important to us than extensive industry experience is finding someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills, professionalism, and a genuine desire to grow within a fast-moving business. We are looking for someone who is motivated, personable, organised, and excited by the opportunity to be part of an ambitious and supportive team. Around 1 year of sales, customer service, telesales, or business development experience
- Excellent telephone manner and confidence speaking with clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident email communication
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently alongside sales activity
- A positive, proactive, “can do” attitude
- Someone motivated by progression, success, and uncapped earning potential
- An interest in health, wellness, media, events, or purpose-driven industries would be a real advantage
