Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Flooring Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of flooring in commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, the ability to interpret schematics, and proficiency with hand and power tools. The ideal applicant will have experience in construction-related tasks and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
The role involves the installation of a wide range of commercial flooring products including:
- Vinyl flooring installation
- Cap and cove work
- Hot weld welding of vinyl flooring
- Commercial carpet and carpet tile fitting
- Floor preparation and finishing
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial flooring
- Skilled in vinyl welding and carpet fitting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- CSCS card beneficial
