The Role
This is a temporary maternity cover position with the potential to be extended, subject to business requirements.
We are looking for a European Logistics Coordinator to become one of the central points of contact for our growing network of European partners — keeping deliveries on track and relationships running smoothly.
Working across our UK and Netherlands warehouses, you'll coordinate deliveries and collections, liaise with our Netherlands 3PL warehouse, and support our European partners and account managers with day-to-day enquiries. This is a varied, people-focused role that sits right at the heart of our international operations.
We're a fast-paced, growing business, so this role suits someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all European partners, building strong and trusted relationships.
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries from European partners and account managers promptly and professionally, keeping them informed at every stage of the delivery process.
- Arrange all deliveries and collections from our UK and Netherlands warehouse locations.
- Coordinate shipment schedules to ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time, monitoring progress and resolving any issues in transit.
- Liaise daily with our Netherlands 3PL warehouse partner to oversee order processing and dispatch, ensuring all outbound orders meet quality and accuracy standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve any warehouse or fulfilment discrepancies.
- Work closely with European account managers to support their logistics and fulfilment needs, providing timely updates, shipping documentation, and query resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes across the European supply chain.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Experience in a logistics, supply chain, or international operations role.
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with European partners and stakeholders.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with European shipping, customs, or import/export processes.
- Proficiency in logistics or order management software.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a calm head under pressure.
Desirable:
- Experience working with 3PL warehouses or third-party logistics providers.
- A second European language.
