Job Description
Lead and manage stakeholder relationships across diverse international regions ensuring alignment with program objectives Oversee benefits management to maximize program value and ensure stakeholder satisfaction Drive pursuit and proposal management activities to secure new program opportunities and support business growth Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate project planning risk management and governance strategies Identify assess and mitigate risks and crises impacting program delivery Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program processes and outcomes Maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and engagement
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements address concerns and ensure stakeholder satisfaction Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation to meet program goals Monitor program progress identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to keep delivery on track Lead risk and crisis management efforts by proactively identifying risks and developing contingency plans Facilitate pursuit and proposal processes including proposal development review and submission Track and report on benefits realization ensuring program outcomes align with organizational objectives Provide regular status updates risk assessments and issue reports to senior management and stakeholders Foster a collaborative environment among program teams vendors and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
