Are you an organised, friendly, and professional individual looking to play a vital role in a busy school environment? Parkwood E-ACT Academy is seeking a Receptionist and Administrator to join our welcoming and dedicated team.
As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students, you will provide a warm and efficient front-of-house service, while also supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the academy through a range of administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and pupils

Manage reception duties, calls, emails, and enquiries

Provide general administrative support to staff and senior leaders

Maintain accurate records and data systems

Support safeguarding, attendance, and school procedures

Ensure a welcoming, professional school environment
Pay range: SCP4-6 - £19,456.79 - £20,077.92 - FTE: £25,185.00 - £25,989.00 - 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
Qualifications and Skills:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths

Previous administrative or receptionist experience (school-based desirable)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

Ability to organise workload and meet deadlines

Professional, calm, and friendly manner
