Full job description

Senior Fitness Supervisor

(15 hours per week)

Role Overview

Our fitness supervisor is responsible for overseeing the fitness experience within the club, ensuring high-quality programming, excellent member engagement, and the smooth operation of all fitness-related services and facilities. This role leads the delivery of an inclusive, motivating, and well-maintained fitness environment for all member demographics.

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver our burn/strong class programme to ensure a fun, engaging, and results-driven class to our members.
Oversee club set-up and daily fitness floor presentation to maintain high operational and visual standards.
Monitor and coordinate equipment maintenance, reporting faults and ensuring all fitness equipment is safe and fully functional alongside maintenance team.
Help deliver our personal training (PT) programming aligned with member goals and club standards. (L3 applicants only) (Outside of the contracted hours)
Build strong relationships with members through regular interaction, support, and fitness guidance.
Plan and manage fitness events, challenges, and social activities to enhance community engagement across all demographics.
Support member retention by creating a positive and inclusive fitness environment.
Monitor member feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall fitness experience using quarterly feedback system.
Ensure all fitness activities comply with health, safety, and operational procedures.

Hours will include Wed evenings (430-830pm) early mornings (Tues & Fridays 6am-10am) Plus Every other Sunday 8am-1pm.

Rates of pay based on experience from £13-16 per hour for gym floor/classes. Moving to £20-£24 per PT session outside of these hours off shift.

There is potential to grow these hours with our new padel facility opening later in the year.
