The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring administrative processes run efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming telephone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Preparing, formatting, and maintaining documents, reports, and records.
- Welcoming visitors and assisting with general enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and company records.
- Supporting daily office administration and operational activities.
- Assisting with data entry and database management.
- Coordinating meetings and preparing relevant materials.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Providing administrative support to management and colleagues as required.
Candidate Requirements
- No previous experience required – full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
