We are looking for a skilled and experienced brow specialist/beauty therapist to join our team. The Brow Project + Twenty Two. Urban Wellness is a destination salon space based in the Neepsend/Kelham Island quarter of Sheffield. We partner with premium brands HD Brows, Nouveau Lashes and Phytomer to provide luxury brow and lash specialist services, as well as spa facials and wellness rituals to our clients in a professional, relaxed and friendly environment. We take great pride in delivering excellent service to our guests and we would love to hear from you if you share our values.
Alongside meeting and greeting, you’ll be confident in recommending products and providing our specialist selection of treatments whilst maintaining the highest standards throughout. You’ll also assist with any client queries, complete all required documentation, carry out in depth consultations, process payments and work as part of a team to make sure that the salon is consistently clean and operational.
About you:
As an experienced therapist/brow, lash specialist you'll be someone who is naturally cheerful, friendly and approachable, and who works well as part of a team. Our urban retreat is very popular and therefore we’ll expect you to be comfortable working to a treatment schedule, without compromising on standards or quality. A team player who has excellent customer care skills and who is confident in recommending home and aftercare products to your clients.
Essential qualifications and skills:
- L2 and or working towards a L3 Beauty Therapy qualification, NVQ or equivalent with experience of working in a salon or spa environment.
- A commitment to learning and developing your skills within the industry
- Good time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- A passion and drive for helping clients to achieve their goals
- Retail sales experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbally.
- HD Brows and Nouveau LVL qualifications would be an advantage but not essential
Experience:
Proven experience as a brow specialist/beauty therapist with 1+ years in a luxury salon, spa or customer facing environment.
HD Brows and Nouveau LVL Lashes would be an advantage to your application but not essential.
Hours of work:
Tuesdays/Fridays/Saturdays, 10-3.
Potential for more hours and leading to a higher earning self employed associate team member.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: £10.85-£15.00 per hour
