Are you a numbers whizz with a passion for precision?

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Assistant Accountant or newly promoted Management Accountant to join our Head Office Finance Hub. You’ll play a key role in supporting the financial operations of a growing, multi-franchise dealership network with a reputation for excellence, and in return have the opportunity to work with some of the best in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting in the preparation of the Group’s monthly management accounts
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Reconciling balance sheet accounts and assisting with year-end audit files
Processing journals, accruals, and prepayments
Working closely with dealership teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Liaising with the Financial Business Partners for the Sites
Working closely with the Accounts Payable and Receivable Teams
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

Working towards a recognised Accounts qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA)
Previous experience in an accounting or finance support role
Strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail
A team player with excellent communication skills
The ability to deputise in a management capacity when required
Motor trade experience is a bonus—but not essential!
Pinewood DMS experience would be preferable, but not essential
