Full job description

Real Trading/VapeStation is currently looking for a full-time Field Support Merchandiser to and visit/refresh our VapeStation display units in various locations across the UK.

Birmingham Based but will be required to travel and stay over in hotels if required.

Working 37.5-hrs each week Monday – Friday, this role allows for some flexibility,

Some overnight stays from home is a requirement of this role as and when needed,.

A clean driving license is a must & you must be over 25+ as our insurance will not cover anything less than this.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and manage store contact relationships within some major multiple groups & independent convenience retailers.

- Use technology to maintain availability and record great execution in store.

- Collect, deliver & merchandise stock to stores each day to ensure availability of product on shelf and compliance to store plans.

- Take full responsibility for maintaining store records including inventory.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Full UK driving license (essential), the right to work in the UK and a have a UK bank account.

- Fluent in English.

- Be able to work unsupervised and manage their own time to meet the required deadline.

- Be prepared to stay away from home when required (accommodation and meal expenses covered).

- Have a positive "can-do approach" managing relationships and expectations in stores.

- Enjoy being out on the road and working independently.

- Work as part of a wider team sharing ideas and good practice to drive business success.

- Put the customers’ needs at the centre of everything they do.

- Be confident with using technology.

- Enjoy the physical elements of this role.

- Previous merchandising, retail or hospitality (e.g. bar staff, waiting staff) experience is seen as an asset.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Base salary: £27,000 per annum.

- Fully expensed van

- Fuel Claimable rate in line with pump costs.

- Permanent contract.

-25 days holiday per annum + Bank Holidays
