Due to continued growth, Contact Security Services is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Service Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join our friendly and professional team.

As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our Service Department while providing essential support to our engineers, customers, and management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and managing engineers' schedules and appointments
- Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer support
- Booking service and maintenance visits
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and documentation
- Supporting the Service Manager with administrative tasks and projects
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the Service Department
- General administrative duties as required

Essential Experience
- Previous administration experience (3 years preferred)
